Chilgok Honey Beer Festival

Chilgok Honey Beer Festival is a summer food and culture festival built around Chilgok's local honey beer, made with honey from one of Korea's largest acacia honey-producing areas. The festival also features Bundososeji, sausages made in a traditional German style by monks, along with a variety of local food options. The 2026 festival is designed for both adults who want to try honey beer and families visiting with children. Guests can enjoy honey-themed making activities, tasting programs, water gun games, and a water slide, adding a refreshing summer mood to the event. The festival program also includes performances by local artists and invited singers, a balloon show for children, and upbeat DJ music, making it a lively weekend outing in Chilgok.
